RDA Wheatbelt Inc are pleased to announce we will be delivering the 'Youth Connections' Program for the Midlands and Narrogin Education region.
This valuable program will be providing support and assistance to Youth 'at risk' of not achieving Year 12 or equivalent or are at risk of disengaging or are currently disengaged from school or alternative learning programs.
With the change to the boundaries of the regions the office will be located in York and will be open by the end of March 2010. We welcome 3 new staff members representing the RDA Wheatbelt Youth Connections Program from across the region. Kaye McGlew covering the Moora area, Susy Padfield covering the Merredin region and the Narrogin area member is Jim Sala.

The Wheatbelt ACC has completed its consultation phase for Tasks 1, 2 & 3 of the Government’s plan to transition the ACC network to Regional Development Australia (RDA). The Wheatbelt ACC Board and staff would like to sincerely thank all those stakeholders and community members who took the time to participate in the consultation phase which included 2 Regional Forums, a stakeholder survey, telephone interviews and face to face meetings and discussions. We look forward to 2009 and to hopefully working with you as the Regional Development Australia committee – Wheatbelt.
